Understand the business
Before we talk about websites, we talk about your business. What it does, where it is now, and where you want it to go. Sometimes we conclude that a new website is not actually what you need right now. That is fine. We would rather tell you that than take your money for something that will not move the needle.
Define the purpose
If a website is the right move, we figure out exactly what it needs to do. Generate enquiries. Sell products. Build credibility. Attract a specific type of client. Every site has a job. We define that job clearly before anything else, because it determines every decision that follows.
Assign it a value
Once we know what the site needs to do, we can talk about what it is worth. A site that brings in one extra client a month at your average order value pays for itself fast. A site that does nothing costs whatever you paid for it. We frame the investment honestly so you know what you are getting and why.
Find your voice
We look at your brand. How your business speaks, who it is speaking to, and whether that matches the market you actually want to reach. Sometimes this means a new logo and colour palette. Sometimes it means a tone of voice shift. Sometimes the brand is already right and just needs applying consistently. We will tell you which.
Plan and gather
With a clear direction, we collect what we need. Examples of sites you like, design references, content, photography, anything that helps us understand your taste and your audience. This is the stage where the vision gets defined and agreed before a single line of code is written.
Design and build
We design and develop together rather than as separate phases. The person making design decisions is the person building the site. What you see in the design is what gets built, with no handoff gap between the two.
Revise and launch
You get a round of revisions before launch. We review it together, make adjustments, and get it right. Once you are happy, we deploy. After launch, we are still available. Questions, tweaks, training on the CMS. We do not disappear the moment the site goes live.
